We recommended the use of a geogrid product to help our client construct a new roadway embankment over existing swamp deposits.  Our recommendation saved our client a significant amount of time and money versus removal or other options.

The embankment showed no lateral displacement or mudwave, thanks to the geogrid product.  Settlement plates were installed and monitored. The next lift construction was delayed until settlement plate data indicated primary settlement had been achieved.
