Daryl Dhein, President, Founding Partner- Daryl has over 20 years experience
in construction materials testing. His current responsibilities include
management of the construction materials testing division (soils and concrete).
He has an AAS in Municipal Engineering Technology from St Cloud Technical
College and an AAS in Natural Resources from Ely Community College.

Kevin Reller, Vice President, Founding Partner- Kevin has over 20 years
experience in construction materials testing. His current responsibilities
include managemnet of the bituminous testing division. He has an AAS in
Municipal Engineering Technology from St Cloud Technical College.

Patrick Johnson, P.E., Geotechnical Division Manager- Pat has over 20 years
experience in the construction and soils engineering field. He has a B.S. in
Geological Engineering from Michigan Technological University. He is a
licensed professional engineer in MN, WI and VA. His current responsibilities
include management of the geotechnical division. His diverse experience
includes work with a national consulting firm, an Engineer II with Fairfax
County, Virgina and as an engineer with MnDot.

Mitchell Lynch, Project Manager- Mitch has over 20 years experience in
construction materials testing. His current responsibilities include
construction materials scheduling and special inspections.

Chuck Ackerman, Project Manager- Chuck has been with Itt since 1996. His
responsibilities include managing the soils and concrete testing services on
more complex projects. Chuck has an Associates degree from Brainerd
Community College. ACI Concrete, MnDot Grading & Base, MnDot Concrete
Field, MnDot Concrete Batch Plant Insp., Troxler Nuclear Guage

Shelley Johnson, Office Manager- Shelley has been with Independent
Testing since 1992. She has an Associates degree in Accounting from
Ridgewater College. Her responsibilities include accounts receivable,
accounts payable, payroll and office management.

Bryan Fitzpatrick, Senior Engineering Technician- Bryan has been with Itt
since 2000. His responsibilities include soils and concrete testing on more
complex projects. He has an AAS in Civil / Land Surveying from St Cloud
Technical College. ACI Concrete, MnDot Grading & Base, MnDot Concrete
Field, Troxler Nuclear Guage certified.

Vincent Burr, Senior Engineering Technician- Vince has been with Itt since
2002. His resposibilities include soils and concrete testing on varied
projects. ACI Concrete, MnDot Grading & Base, MnDot Concrete Field,
Troxler Nuclear Guage certified.

Brian Pflipsen, Engineering Technician- Brian has been with Itt since 2000.
His resposibilities include soils and concrete testing on varied projects. ACI
Concrete, MnDot Grading & Base, MnDot Concrete Field, Troxler Nuclear
Guage certified.

Steve Simon, Engineering Technician- Steve has been with Itt since 2004.
His resposibilities include soils and concrete testing on varied projects. ACI
Concrete, MnDot Grading & Base, MnDot Concrete Field, Troxler Nuclear
Guage certified.

Chad Wolney, Soils Lab Manager- Chad has been with Itt since 1999. His
responsibilities include lab testing of soils, including proctors, gradations,
atterberg limits, topsoil analysis, hydrometer anlysis,etc. Chad is a
graduate of the University of North Dakota. MnDot Grading & Base, MnDot
Concrete Field, Troxler Nuclear Guage certified.

Brad Hinkemeyer, Bituminous Lab Manager- Brad is our newest employee
starting this spring. His responsibilities include managing the bituminous lab
and field testing. Brad is a graduate of St. Cloud State University and has
seven years experience in bituminous quality control testing. MnDot
Bituminous Plant level 2 certified.

Randy Brickweg, Drill Crew Chief- Randy has been with Itt since 1999. His
responsibilities include conducting soil borings with the drill rig. ACI
Concrete, MnDot Grading & Base, MnDot Concrete Field, Troxler Nuclear
Guage certified.

Eric Donabauer, Drilling Assistant- "Ed" has been with Itt since 2004. His
responsibilities include assisting the crew chief with conducting soil borings.
